CrossFit Kids/Teens is based on the principles of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes quality movement development through childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates into physical literacy, enhanced sport performance and fewer sports or play related injuries.

Foundational physical skills are developed and reinforced through a combination of gymnastics, bodyweight calisthenics, object manipulation and basic weightlifting elements. All elements of fitness are combined to keep children engaged and active while teaching them proper movement skills to create a broad athletic foundation. Through the combination of fitness and fun, our goal is to create a lifelong love of healthy lifestyle choices and fitness.

Class Schedule: 

  • Teens (12-16) Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:15pm – 8:15pm


  • Teens (12-16): $75.00 per month
