CrossFit Spur classes are designed to provide a solid foundation of functional movement for people of all ability levels. Our systematic program is built around fundamental compound movements, but includes all aspects of fitness in order to create a well rounded athlete both in and out of the gym.
This one hour class consists of strength programming, accessory work and drills to improve proficiency in the clean & jerk and snatch.
Open to all athletes, Barbell WOD classes are scalable to any ability level just like a CrossFit WOD. Whether you’re a competitive olympic weightlifter, CrossFit athlete or just learning the lifts this class can help improve your performance and reach your goals!
This is a mixed level class specifically for Athletes. Runners, Cyclists, Triathletes, Swimmers, Cross-Fitters, etc. all are welcome. Even if you are new to exercise or you’re not an athlete and you just want to bring a little flexibility into your life, you are welcome to join in!
CrossFit Kids/Teens is based on the principles of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes quality movement development through childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates into physical literacy, enhanced sport performance and fewer sports or play related injuries.
